It runs more silently, travels more comfortably, and it will get you to the upper floor much faster: the RECO 2.0 Passenger Lift. As its name suggests, this is the improved version of the RECO 1.0 passenger lift. Due to its traction drive this passenger lift offers much more comfort for large distances. It offers residents at any floor, whether in a mobility scooter or with a pram, an excellent replacement lift during lift maintenance or renovation jobs.

Temporary passenger lift with traction drive: safe, quick, and comfortable
To create a temporary lift that is just as comfortable as any other lift, we’ve outfitted the RECO 2.0 passenger lifts with a traction drive. This type of lift mechanism allows for faster and more smooth operation without too much noise. The traction lift mechanism offers a payload capacity up to 1,000kg.
Like any other passenger lift: easy to operate and comfortable to use
This temporary lift can go up 65 metres in less than 90 seconds with the press of a button. Literally, because the lift car is equipped to the standards of any regular passenger lift. The button controls are the same, the handrail is the same and even foldaway chair is the same. This makes the lift look more familiar and comfortable for anyone who want to use it. To increase accessibility the lift is fitted with extra wide and threshold-free automatic doors for any wheelchair or mobility scooter users.
Passenger lifts to maintain barrier-free access to homes at all times
The RECO 2.0 passenger lifts are mostly deployed for large-scale lift renovation projects in residential housing. These kind of projects can take up to a couple of months until the internal lifts are operational again. Our passenger lifts ensure all residents of comfortable and barrier-free access to their homes, all year round.
Minimise nuisance with a temporary passenger lift
As was the case with housing complex in Tilburg (NL). During these types of projects, it’s important to keep the residents moving and the nuisance to a minimum. Which is quite a challenge when the stairwells and walkways are under maintenance. Deploying our RECO 2.0 lift and temporary walkways, we made sure that all 9 floors, 140 homes in total, were fully accessible.
